This position can be physically demanding, and candidates must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and travel as needed. You’ll be overseeing a crew of 3-4 people on projects that typically last one to four weeks, sometimes longer.
As a commercial deep foundation company, we work in all conditions installing different types of deep foundation systems for new construction projects as well as repair applications on existing structures. Depending on the project, operating equipment is necessary along with hand digging and chipping concrete. Heavy lifting is required daily. This is a hands-on role and requires a whatever-it-takes attitude with the ability to overcome challenges as they arise.

In this dual-role position, you’ll be responsible for both driving new business and overseeing the complete lifecycle of each project from bid to completion. As a Sales & Project Manager, you’ll work closely with clients to develop new business opportunities, create accurate estimates and proposals, and ensure each project’s success from inception through completion. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with field teams and other stakeholders will be essential to meeting client expectations and delivering quality results.
