One Team, One Community

We are your friends, relatives, and neighbors, working together to redefine our industry and provide a ‘Wow’ experience. Click on the photos below to learn a little more about the individuals who make up our team.

At GeoSupport, we believe that by doing things differently, better, and with intention, our customers can live better lives, experiencing peace of mind; our employees can go home at night feeling fulfilled, and our example can cast a vision for how other contractors can create an impact in their communities.

We believe fulfilling work creates fulfilling lives. We strive to bring out the best in our employees and help them see a better version of themselves. We believe that every job in the company has purpose and meaning and creates a tremendous impact.

Our purpose, mission, and values are more than just words, phrases, and statements to us. They are statements that we rally behind and are proud of.

Our purpose is to redefine our industry, meaning we do things differently than anyone else in our industry and will continue to do so, redefining again and again.

Our mission is to deliver a “wow” experience and challenge the status quo. At GeoSupport, we challenge the status quo by never accepting that the way things are today is how they should always remain. Just because something is currently working doesn’t mean it can’t be made better. Every single interaction a customer has with us should leave that customer saying, wow!

Our values are our guiding light in our quest to be the best we can be! We are One Team, individuals unified as a family and empowered to be extraordinary. We work together as one company, supporting and helping each other to redefine our industry. We don’t believe in individual departments operating in silos; together, we create extraordinary experiences.

We are One Community, being an advocate for our community, returning the blessings we’ve been given. We are humbled and grateful for the opportunities put before us, and we are honored to support all those who live and work around us.

This is who we are, how we operate, and why we exist.

Josh Boesch

Owner

Josh acquired GeoSupport Systems from the Thrasher portfolio of companies in 2022. It was the team and their passion to always do what’s in the best interest of the client and produce the work product as promised and on-time that attracted Josh to the business.

With a unique background combining his experience as a CPA, in sales and recruitment, and having held ownership in numerous other businesses in varying industries, his skillset brings a unique twist to the commercial construction space.

Josh resides in Omaha with his wife, 2 boys and a daughter. He spends the bulk of his free time chasing them around, but also enjoys taking in sporting events and traveling.

We work every day to deliver a wow experience and challenge the status quo. One way we do that is by walking alongside the best in the industry. In Josh’s words, “I’m excited for the future of our organization, and the impact that we can make on our employees, clients, and the industry in general.”
